Would you like to join us in this celebration by participating in having a Food Booth?
DATE:
Saturday, July 12 & 13, 2013 from 5:00 pm-12 midnight on Friday and 10:00 am-6:00 pm on Saturday.
You may set-up early for Friday night during the Street Dance if you would like, (please be able to secure your property overnight Friday). Make sure you have enough food to last the entire day. Breakdown may not take place before 6:00 pm on Saturday.
Set up on Friday can start at approximately 3:00 pm after the City blocks off the street. Set up on Saturday begins at 7:00 am and all vehicles must be off the street by 9:30 am.
LOCATION:
The 200 block of S. Cedar street in Downtown Manistique, Michigan.
There will be no rain site, come prepared for all weather. Wind can be a factor.
A letter of your space notification will be sent out no later than June 26, 2013.
(Applications due by June 25, 2013)
REQUIREMENTS:
A food license must be obtained from the Schoolcraft County Health Department and all State and local regulations must be met. A representative from the Health Deptartment will do an onsite inspection. License fees are the responsibility of the food vendor.
If you have a commercial food license you still need to submit required paperwork to the Health Department.
If you need power, please let us know 110 or 220.
*No water provided, please bring your own or contact the city for water usage (906) 341-2090.
*Space may change the day of the event (rare but may be necessary).
*NO PRIVATE RAFFLES (NO EXCEPTIONS)
BOOTH FEE:
The fee for non-profit organizations and non-commercial vendors is $25.00.
Commercial vendors fee is $100. Booth fee is required with application. Make check out to:
